Delivery
Delivery times are 7-10 working days, but are usually much quicker. (working day is Monday to Friday)
We use Royal Mail delivery services. Our delivery charge is £6.99 for your whole order, regardless of how many items.
We post all our plants to most of the UK, with the exceptions of the Islands of Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of White, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands due to the high cost of shipping.
Any orders with a delivery address in these areas will be cancelled and refunded.
Local Collection (Folkestone):

The Fern House, One Sandgate Road, Folkestone CT20 1AL. Items can be picked once we have advised a collection day and time.
There is no minimum order requirement.
Returns & Damages:
Plants and pots are fragile. We look after our plant babies and always endeavour to give you the healthiest and prettiest plant possible. All of our plants, pots and any other items bought from us will always be fully inspected before packing, ready to send or for you to collect.
Please note that, as with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website will differ slightly to the one received. There may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
When collecting your items, please inspect them before leaving the shop. If, for whatever reason, you'd prefer a refund or exchange we can offer this. Plants are sold as seen, so refunds are not applicable once you have taken your plants home.
Pots and any other non-living item are refundable should they be faulty—please check your items fully on delivery or before leaving the shop. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage your items may incur whilst in transit from the shop to your home, or thereafter.
