Hand Delivery - £4.95
Hand delivered (within a 10 mile radius of Ashford) straight to your door within 4-5 working days (but we aim to reach you well before that).
Standard Delivery - £5.95
Delivered by Royal Mail, FedEx or DPD within 4-5 working days and are sent on tracked services. One charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items you've purchased. Your plants are individually packed with love to get to you safely.
We always send your plants & pots to you on a next day delivery service so the plants spend the least amount of time in darkness as possible. Once they leave us you will receive a notification from our delivery partner so you can track your parcel.
Please do still allow for 4-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your order to arrive to your door. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality with our packing methods, so as to get your order to you sooner if we can.
We deliver nationwide throughout the UK, but unfortunately with the exceptions of the Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Returns & Damages:
Plants and pots are fragile, although rare and despite careful packaging, plants can get damaged in transit. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please email email@example.com and include your order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible within 7 days and we'll take care of you. If your damaged plant or pot is no longer in stock, we will refund you or offer a replacement.
As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages.
